Terms and conditions

Bookings are made directly by WhatsApp, phone or email, or through the platforms where we are listed. A booking is confirmed only once you receive our written confirmation with the dates, the studio and the price.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Different hours can be agreed in advance, subject to availability.

The number of guests cannot exceed the capacity of the studio booked. Parties and events are not allowed, and quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 must be respected.

Smoking is not allowed inside the studios. Any damage caused during the stay is recovered from the guest.

Cancellation terms are confirmed together with the booking and vary by season and booking channel.

Prices are quoted in RON or EUR, per night, for the agreed number of guests.
